At Madison Valgari Salon, we value the well-being of our guests through a variety of professional services. We are dedicated to provide the highest level of customer service to each client, thereby establishing a long lasting relationship of trust and commitment. Our expertise and professionalism allows us to provide clients with the utmost beauty experience. Moreover, we care about the health of your nails/skin/lashes. We are also proud to offer high quality and most upscale products on the market today.
To enhance your spa experience to the fullest, please follow our policies to ensure your satisfaction, comfort and safety, as well as that of others.
As a client, please:
• Communicate your preferences, expectations and concerns to your service providers.
• Treat staff and other guests with courtesy and respect. Stop a treatment at any time, for any discomfort or dissatisfaction. By choosing to complete the treatment, you’re assumed to be satisfied with the service given and no redo or discount will be issued.
• Inform of any designs for your nails when making an appointment or book “DESIGN” service to online booking.
• Confirm prices with your service providers for any additional service such as designs, French design, shape, length, soak off fee, gel polish add-on…
• Understand that a last minute cancellation without notifying will be considered a NO SHOW. Two NO SHOWs will be asked to put down a non-refundable deposit of $25 for next appointment.
• Any deposit made will be forfeited for no shows or cancellations within 24 hours of appointment time.
Service Durations
Actual duration of service depends on each technician. If you prefer slower or faster service, please call us to accommodate you better.
Customer Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with any service you received here, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. We allow a period of 7 days to fix any nail enhancement for any arising from the fault of the providers. We offer nail fix appointments with a convenience fee that STARTS at $8. We do not offer a refund or redo once you leave our facility.
Gratuity
Gratuity may be placed on cards. However, Cash and payment apps (Venmo, CashApp, Zelle) are greatly appreciated and go directly to your service provider.
Punctuality
We allow a 10 minute grace period. If you are late for an appointment, please call the store direct number 561.425.5508 with your name to hold your appointment. While we always do our best to be on time, there will be circumstances where your service providers are behind. Please allocate time for your service with this in mind.

Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone demonstrating behavior that is perceived to be inappropriate or disruptive to our staff or spa atmosphere.
Prices Policy
We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest spa experiences. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.
Deposit Policy
Please understand that if you have two NO SHOWs, we ask for a $25 deposit once you make your next appointment. For lash services, if you are getting a full set of either classic, hybrid, or volume lashes, a $25 deposit is required as soon as you make the appointment. Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits will go towards your total amount for your services. Brow laminations and lash lifts also require this same deposit. In order to receive your deposit, you must make modifications to your appointment within 48 hours. You can send deposits via cash or through payment services such as Zelle, Cashapp, or Venmo.
Children
To ensure the safety of children and the enjoyment of all clients, we ask that parents or guardians make other arrangements for their children while they are receiving services. Children under 8 not receiving Salon services may not be in our Spa waiting areas or service areas at any time.
Cancellations
Your appointments are very important to our staff, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Frequent last minute cancellations may result in a full non-refundable deposit for appointments.
By continuing to use our services you have agreed to give consents to Madison Valgari salon to communicate through E-Mail, Phone, and any other means of “digital communications” for the purposes of including but not limited to appointment reminders, follow-ups, specials, and you are accepting any applicable data rate or transmission fees charged by your service provider as the result of this free service.
